Terms of Service

Effective date: July 12, 2026

1. The service

ProTrack Bids(“the Service”) is a subscription information service operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME](“we,” “us”). We deliver curated digests of publicly available government procurement opportunities — federal, state, county, and municipal — together with editorial commentary, via email and a subscriber web portal.

2. Nature of the information — important disclaimers

Bid information is aggregated from official public government sources at the federal, state, county, and municipal levels. We do not control those sources and we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any listing. Always verify details — deadlines, requirements, amendments — on the official listing linked from each bid before acting.

Editorial commentary (“expert notes”) reflects professional opinion only. Nothing in the Service is legal, financial, or contracting advice, and no outcome of any bid or proposal is guaranteed. You are solely responsible for your bidding decisions.

3. Accounts & acceptable use

Subscriptions are per business. Your login may be shared within your company but not with third parties. You may not resell, republish, or systematically redistribute digest content. You may share individual bids internally for the purpose of preparing a response.

4. Billing, cancellation & refunds

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. You can cancel at any time through your billing portal; access continues through the end of the paid period. If your first digest isn't useful, contact us within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund. Other refunds are pro-rata at our discretion.

5. Intellectual property

Underlying government bid data is public information. Our curation, summaries, expert notes, and the digest format are our copyrighted work and licensed to you for internal business use during your subscription.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is,” and our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for missed opportunities, lost profits, or the outcome of any procurement.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms (including redistribution of content), with a pro-rata refund of any unused prepaid period except in cases of abuse.

8. Governing law & changes

These terms are governed by the laws of [STATE OF INCORPORATION]. We may update these terms with 14 days' notice by email; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
