Privacy Policy

Account data: name, email, company, and the bidding preferences you set (industry codes, states, contract size). Lead data: the email you give us to receive a sample digest. Usage data: which digests and bids you open and click, collected to improve curation. Payments: handled entirely by Stripe — card numbers never touch our servers.

To deliver the service (digests, reminders, account emails), to improve bid selection, and — for leads — to send the sample digest followed by a short introduction sequence. We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.

Marketing emails (sample digests, nurture sequence) include a one-click unsubscribe and stop immediately when you use it. Transactional emails (your paid digest, billing and account notices) are part of the service while you subscribe.

We use a small set of processors to run the Service: Supabase (database & authentication), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Vercel (hosting), and Anthropic (automated first-pass bid screening; bid text only — subscriber personal data is not sent to AI systems). Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.

Account data is kept while your subscription is active and for up to 24 months after cancellation (win-back and tax records), then deleted. Email support@theprocurecenter.com at any time to request export or deletion of your data; we honor requests within 30 days.

Data is encrypted in transit, access is role-restricted with row-level security at the database layer, and secrets are stored outside the codebase. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify affected users of any material breach without undue delay.
